All Distance students are hereby required to read the attached student bulletin that communicates an amendment to the assignment submission grace period. With effect from Assignment 1 of Semester 2 modules and Assignment 3 of Year modules, the Grace period is only 3 days after the expiry of the original assignment due date. E.g. if your assignment due date is 14 August, your grace period expires on 17 August at 23h59).
Online Support & Common Spaces
Please use our Online Support (Ticketing System) to report issues, request services and browse through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). You can access Online Support wherever you are in Moodle by using the link with the same title in the menu top left of the page.
Common Spaces are places where information that is relevant to all students studying using a particular mode is shared. The Common Spaces for Distance and Online Mode courses can be accessed in the drop-down menu under “Online Support” as well as from within courses.
UpdatING Your Email Address
Students are required to update their default student email address in the Moodle profile with an email address that you use on a regular basis. This helps you to receive important notifications.
