Introduction to legal drafting; the principles of effective legal writing; the drafting process and presentation; the role of substantive law, acts, regulations and rules in drafting; drafting of basic legal documents, in particular memoranda, opinions, letters and emails; and drafting of basic pleadings for use in the Magistrates Court and the High Court in Namibia (motions and actions).
